We do not recommend using HBOT if you have any ear congestion.We do not use liquid tank oxygen which is highly flammable. Our HBOT is safe enough to bring small electronics inside.

Additionally, a two-way walkie talkie communication system is in place to maintain constant contact between you and our staff, ensuring support and reassurance throughout your treatment. This thoughtful design prioritizes both safety and comfort to deliver a relaxing and effective experience.

How many sessions will I need to achieve the desired results?

Although everyone is different, one treatment is enough to feel effects like increased energy and better sleep.However, HBOT is best done consistently in a short period of time for a deeper benefit. If your goals are deeper sleep, surgery recovery, athletic performance, mental sharpness, TBI recovery, or cancer recovery, the research suggests 2-3 times a week for 10, 20, or even 40 sessions. Many members simply just come weekly or monthly as a maintenance or whenever they are feeling low on energy.In the book "Flood Your Body with Oxygen", author Ed McCabe cites the powerful synergy between PEMF, Red Light and Oxygen therapies. Booking a red light therapy or PEMF therapy before your HBOT will drastically accelerate results and you may require less overall HBOT sessions.
