Starting earlier allows more time to establish pelvic balance and nervous system support before delivery.

We use specialized pregnancy pillows and a drop-piece adjusting table that accommodates a growing belly at every trimester. You will never be positioned face-down on a flat table without proper support. All positioning is assessed and adapted each visit based on how far along you are.
